Strength

Not just how much you can lift, how far you can run, how much pressure you can handle.
It is also the strength to hold back your tongue when it should be held.
To stand your ground when it is easier to sway.
To share when there is not much.
To love when only hate is returned.
To raise your hand to when you need help.
To open your eyes knowing what is in front of you is horrifying.
To walk away from temptation.
To pull back that knock-out punch in an unfair fight.
To offer your shoulder when you are about to crumble to the floor.
